I'm running across the "Lincoln Precinct" in my research of the 1910 census of Jefferson County, Ohio. A look at the web doesn't show any connection with Jefferson County and Lincoln Precinct. Does anybody know what it is? Brian L. Cole Researching Coles from England to MD to OH

Does it list which ward the Lincoln Precinct is in? It could possibly be the area where Lincoln Ave is located. Lincoln Ave was (and still is) a rather large road connecting the south end of town to main street. It would help if I knew what ward or area you are researching in Jefferson County.
