I am looking for information on Stella Smith she show's up in the 1900 census with her grandparents Theodore and Annie Smith. Her birthdate is reported as January 1988, father listed as being born in Scotland and mother as being born in Maryland. By 1910 Theodore & Annie are nowhere to be found Stella show's up in another household but I do not have this information in front of me to post with this query. Does anyone connect to this Stella?? The 1900 census was in Steubenville Twp. Jefferson Co.Ohio. I would be so greatful for any help. Thanks Schannon McCloud
