Hi, I found the following in the Carroll Chronicle dated 22 Nov, 1895: "A farmer by the name of ALBRIGHT in Jefferson County, near Wilson's corner, shot at a sparrow and accidentally wounded his little boy. The ball passed through the side of the barn struck the little fellow, who was inside, in the back at the base of the spine. The ball cannot be found."
