I was pleased and excited to find the death record of gg-grandpa David Houser/Hauser in the probate records on an LDS film. The earliest date on those is about 1870. Does anyone know if there are earlier death records available? I'm looking for the death of David's wife before 1850. He was married in 1824 to Sally Bowers, but his wife on the 1850 census was Susan, too young to have been married in 1824. So I'm trying to find when Sally died, and thereby determine which woman is the mother of ggrandpa Tinlis Houser. Any suggestions appreciated!!
