I have been trying to collect information on the John Watts family that you mention, because I believe he is connected to my gggrandmother Jennette Watts 1816-1854. She married William M. Livingston b. 1814 (s/o William A. Livingston and Jane McCance) on 2 Apr 1833 in Jefferson Co. OH. Their youngest son, Thomas Austin Livingston, b. born 3 Jun 1854 in Rayland, (Warren Township) Jefferson Co, OH. 1820 WATTS JOHN Jefferson County OH 264 Steubenville Federal Population Schedule OH 1820 1830 WATTS JOHN Jefferson County OH 007 Steubenville Federal Population Schedule OH Two possible marriage records (found on familysearch.org) John WATT m.
