    3. Marilyn, I'm not sure that there are records specific to Irondale. But I can tell you that in 1871 Irondale was a company town, mostly owned by Morgan and Hunter which produced "pig iron, puddling, and rails". The 1871 Atlas of Jeff. Co. shows maybe 10% to be owned privately, the rest by the company. No Robinsons are listed for the town, or the township it's in, Saline Twp., but the atlas only lists landowners.
