My brick wall for several years has been JAMES W. THOMPSON born 1816/1818 PA.? Died Steubenville Jefferson Co., OH 1874 Buried Union Cemetery. Looking for parents and siblings. Married PHOEBE TALBOTT 1851 Steubenville. Pheobe was born in 1829 in Richmond, OH. and died 1879 in Steubenville and buried in Union Cemetery. They had nine children. In the 1850 census I found Phoebe living in Steubenville City with two sisters Elizabeth and Ann.as roomers. James lived also in Steubenville City about 6 pages away on the census also as a boarder. It is possible that James was married prior to his marriage to Phoebe as the age difference. Any help with brecking down this wall? Betty Lindeman Bloom
