I'm looking for any references to Henry & Margaret (LYBARGER) AMRINE being in Jefferson Co. around 1811-1813, the BAKER, LOW and McMILLEN families who lived in Columbiana Co. -- part of them migrated into Jefferson Co. and some to Meigs/Gallia Co. area.
