tent-Type: text/plain; I notice that quite a few of Jefferson County "old timers" are born in Ireland. Has anyone made a study of the "old timers" from Ireland? My ancestor Robert Milligan lived in Jefferson County and also in Guernsey County too (where he died after 1850) Now I'm not sure if he was living in the same house and the county lines changed, or if he sold out and moved to Guernsey County. Robert had several sons, one of which was Thomas of Guernsey County Ohio.
