HI ALL; I have been on the list since 1999. feel like it is letter's from home. and I have never been there. the answer to the post question is yes, Sandra is the list manager, and I guess technically owns the list. she is one of the best list masters we have had. she will try and answer most newbies questions, I know she has lots of information about the area and is a tireless helper.
