I am researching Azariah EDWARDS who lived in Smithfield, OH with his wife and 12 children from the early 1899's until abt. 1838 when his wife Hannah died and he then remarried and moved to Cadiz, Harrison co. He was born in VA in 1769 and was in PA in the 1800 census. Also, the FISHER family, Joshua and wife Amanda Jane Heaton, who owned a farm near Dillonvale, OH where they lived with their 10 children: Mary, Lettie, Maggie, William, Henry, Susan, Anna May,Lewis, Ida and Bertha (my grandmother). They were married in 1865 in Jefferson County. Two of the Fisher sisters married BARKHURST brothers and one sister Ida married Abraham MERCER from Mt. Pleasant.
