I am researching the Daniels family. Thanks to many people on this list I was able to find Mary E. and 3 generations back. It is funny that I also read an article on USGENWEB-OH about John T. Daniels. He built steamboats. This is so curious because my father is so into the history of the river .. He was a journalist and wrote a column in the Gallipolis newspaper called Fifty Years ago On the River. I am in the process of working on a book of these columns.
