Dear Ann, I have a copy of this book which I purchased from Higginson Book Company, Salem Massachusetts. Unfortunately, my copy at least does not have and index, so I can't just look up a name. Do you know anything more about these families which might help in locating information about them in this book? If so, I will try to skim it for those surnames.
