I am researching Robert McCoy who was in Jefferson County 1816-1828. He then moved to Tuscarawas Co., Ohio Any Gotschall/Gutshall lines Andrews Coulter, lived in the Smithfield, Jefferson Co., Ohio until his death, September 30, 1872, married Jane Reed.
