I want to wish you all the best new year ever! I think it is a good time for all of us to send a message to the list telling of our Jefferson Co. families and letting others know where we need or want help. I have mention in a County history that Henry & Margaret LYBARGER AMRINE lived in Jefferson Co. about 1811 before they bought land in Richland Co.and after they left Bedford Co. Pa. I haven't been able to find any evidence of them being in Jefferson Co. I also have a George & Elizabeth ??? BAKER who was in Columbiana Co. Ohio prior to 1820 some of their children moved to Jefferson Co. prior to 1848. Any connections or references would be appreciated. Children: Richard, George, John, Anthony, Jacob & Ann Eliza/Eliza Ann who married James ELDER and moved to Greene Co. Indiana before 1848. Need Elizabeth's maiden name, death date & burial place.
