I am researching Orr and Webster in Jefferson County

Conrad Walters, b 1823 GE m c1847 Anna K. Ballou b 1829 GE. I can't find that either of them had any family in the area. Supposedly Anna was a governess; her obit says she stayed with her uncle after arrival to this country. Does anyone have any Walters in WV that would connect to Conrad? Lori
