    3. Hi Jeff Co. Researchers, I'd like to correspond with researchers of the following surnames: LIVINGSTON/LEVINSTON Smithfield, Island Creek, Warren, Salem Townships SANDS (married Catherine Livingston, b. 1804) VIERS (Eleanor Viers m. William Levingston Nov 20, 1810) WATTS (Jeanette Watts, second wife of William Manson Livingston b. 1814) DELANEY (Mary Ann Livingston b. ca 1800, m. a DELANEY) MCCANCE (Jane, b. 1787, m. William A. Levingston b. 1784, on Nov 16, 1809 There were at least two persons by the name of William Levingston. One resided 6 miles west of Stuebenville on July 5, 1816, when a notice of a strayed mare was published in the paper by William Livingston. "Deliver to Brice W. Viers of New Salem". This may have been the father of Eleanor Viers, but it is more likely her brother. If it was her brother, she was the d/o Nehemiah Viers of Frederick Co. MD, and born in 1765. (This may have been her second marriage.) In Jefferson Co. OH, or Belmont Co. OH., possibly in Fayette Co. PA bef. Special thanks to those of you who have responded to look up requests. I live in NE OK, and the availabilty of census microfilm for Northern States in limited. The public library in Muskogee has excellent collections for the southern states (AR, MO, MS, OK, TX, LA, AL, TN, KY). If I can be of help to anyone researching these states, please let me know. Best wishes, Pam Ingle
