Karen, Thank you for the information. I was born in Salem but moved away and now live in Houston Texas and doing research on that area is difficult. I think you information might be helpful. My G.G.Father Harry Ewing was born in 1877 and married Lula Romick who was born in 1880. I have tried to find out any information on them but about all I know is that they lived in Irondale. My father Harry Lee Ewing, my uncles Jack, John Wayne were all born there. My G.father was Wayne Ewing married to Pearl. My Father worked in Salem at the Salem China Company but went out of business in the late 60's. Any information you have on the Ewing Family or you can inform me where to look would be appreciated.
