I have Jackson,Ohio Post Office 150 years if anyone is interested in me looking up anything that may be in these pages let me know. Schannon
Hi Schannon, I'd be interested to know if the name Kendall is mentioned in The Jackson Post Office. Possibly Kindle, but probably Kendall. My relative John Mackley was a postmaster in Jackson County according to an article written by D.W. Williams about the Price House. It also states that John was succeeded by "name unreadable" for whom the post office was named. .Thanks, Joanne Gibbs ----- Original Message ----- From: <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Saturday, April 03, 2004 10:42 PM Subject: [OHJACKSO-L] Jackson Post Office > I have Jackson,Ohio Post Office 150 years if anyone is interested in me looking up anything that may be in these pages let me know. > Schannon > >
Schannon: When you get a chance, would you look for a William Lewis Rice on your post office list. He was at one time a mail carrier in Jackson. I have a picture of him with a wheel barrel full of mail. Thanks, Ron Walke
