This year's was just this past weekend in Wilmington. Next year's will be in Akron, I think. There are two full days of sessions, with numerous speakers and classes, as well as chapter booths and vendors with genealogical items for sale. Since you just missed that, you might be interested to know that OGS is also having a summer workshop at the OGS library in Mansfield, June 21-25. More details are available online at the OGS website, www.ogs.org . OGS also sponsors three lineage societies, First Families of OH (pre-1821), Settlers and Builders of OH (1821-1860), and Society of Civil War Families of OH (1861-1865, direct and collateral descendants who served from AND/OR lived in OH).
