Could someone please if they have the time, check out a Birth Cert for me? I need it for Hanry C. Farris July 25 1876 his obit says in Rio Grand, Ohio. Which after looking it up I found it is in Jackson Co. I would be ever so grateful. Thanks in advance Crystal Farris

Birth certificates do not start in Ohio till December of 1908, when the Health Dept. was required to start recording births and deaths. There may be a chance it is recorded in the Probate birth records, although I only find about 50% of the births I am looking for ever recorded. I'm not in Jackson Co. so I am not available to go to the courthouse to check.
