To the person disputing and saying this is a fraud. Do not know what he/she is talking about. I paid no fee for my library card from Columbus Metro and use it freely from my home computer. I do not live in Franklin County. I would think that the Cincinnati Public Library would offer this service, would a try. I am sure that many libraries in other states also provide this service. One must check out the various library sites and see if they do provide this service and follow the instructions. Just checked the Godfrey Memorial Site and saw that they are not state/federally funded but founded by an endowment. Therefore I would think no fraud. Happy hunting. Lynn
