William STROPES, son of Henry and Tamer [Nelson] STROPES was born in Jackson Co., Ohio c1832 and married Mary Ann SHRIVER [sp?] there in 1855. Mary Ann was born between 1837 and 1842 per census information. Know children are to be: Angeline/a [sp?] born c1856, Samantha born c1858, Mahlon [sp?] born c1860, and Henry born c1863. In 1866 Mary Ann married Alexander WORTHINGTON in Lawrence Co., Ohio. Angeline/a does not appear on the 1870 Lawrence Co., Ohio census.
