Hello all, I was wandering if anyone can tell me if Vendocia is a town in Ohio somewhere or a word to describe something. Stupid question, I know. It is used in a Newspaper like this: George Irelan, a Vendocia man, drove to Spencerville, loaded up on spirits of corn and terribly abused is horse. He was arrested and held in prison for two days, and compelled to pay a fine. Thanks in advance, Crystal
According to the 1895 Atlas, http://www.livgenmi.com/1895/OH/Index/uv.htm, Vendocia was a town with a population of 284 in Van Wert County. It had a post office and a railroad.
