This is not a formal look-up request but, if anyone happens to be at the courthouse looking through will/estate records for 1904-5 and happens to come across the estate records for John W. BRADY, please let me know. My John W. BRADY appears on the 1880 census in what I think was Coalton, with his wife, Jane/Jennie, daughter Urilla A., and son William E. William died in July 1880 and is buried in Coalton Cemetery. John was the postmaster of Coalton twice. Daughter Urilla was married in Jackson County to Oliver GROVE, as per marriage record I found, (as opposed to the folks at the courthouse that stated there was no record) in 1892. John and Jane are living in Jackson City in 1900, as per the census. By 1905 Jane is listed as widow of John, in the Dayton City Directory, living w/dau and SIL. There is no listing of head stones at any of the Jackson Cemeteries, however, there could have been money issues that forced Jane to not place one. Wouldn't be the first time this family did that. So, if you happen to run across this record, please email me! This is my brick wall. Any help would be most appreciated. Thank you in advance for any help you can give. And best of luck in your own searches. Lisa [email protected]
