I cannot find Andrew Harrison's fathers name. I do know that his father and mother were born in Pennsylvania. Were in??? I think His first name starts with C and I think his mother's name is Eliza Stuart, I have a hunch that Eliza is her middle name. I am looking in the Ohio board because Andrew was born there and I'm thinking there should be names attached to the birth record, but I do not know how to find it.
