I found it at a consignment shop here in Charlotte, NC. I do not know anything about where it was obtained. I am posting this in hopes that someone will want these photos, as they are a part of their history. Locations named on some of the photos: Detroit, MI; Greenville, OH; Dayton, OH; Idora Park (which I believe is in Youngstown, OH); Clevelend, OH. A partial listing of the photos: "Tom Stanerook, Dick, Hoot, Geo & H. Calmer" at Isaly's, Columbiana OH, 1945.; "Dick Souder in Korea" 1945; "Marge Sample" 1945; "Herb Garby" '43-'44; "Tri-County Champs 1946": Ronze McMillen, Aust Libert & Jack Bennett; "Grandpa" taken 1939 at Grand Canyon; a photo of "the Gang".. eight gradeschool girls: Eileen Whitehouse, Mary Mae, Deloris Ulbrich (sp?), Marjorie Sample, Gerry, Evelyn Guy, Eunice Hall & June W - this photo was done by "WILLARD'S, ________land Hts, OH; "Betty" in Greenville, OH 1946; a photo of two young men taken in Chinatown, San Francisco 1945-46. Multiples of "Hoot", Stan, Aust, Bob, Dick, Mimi, Geo, Tom, Shirley Others: Miss Thorp, Carol, Georgie; Jack, Hazel, Jerry, Miss Sleesman, Dot & Somny; Vic; Grandmother KIRTLY 1937 even a dog named PETE. This album belonged to a female as there is a photo of a young lady along with a little boy labled "Me & Jack". There is a mention of an Aunt "Almire" but the photo that went with that title is missing. Thought the name might mean something, along with all the others. All together, there are about 100 photos, but the album is by no means full; there are several photos that had been taken out prior to my buying it. Contact me if you think this might be your family; I'll be glad to scan a photo or two to aid identification. I just can't stand to see someone's memories lost! 3. Hello: Would you mind scanning the picture of Deloris Ulbrich...& the picture of San Francisco Chinatown... My cousins family, from my Grandmother's second marriage to A. E. Ubrich...his cousins in MI and MN and some did finally come to live in the San Francisco bay area. My Grandparents did live in San Francisco, and was always showing the vacationing and visiting family around and were forever taking photographs. We lost these, when my Grandmother's third husband took off with everything, apon her death. Lot's were lost. Maybe these are the cousins. Would be great to see these again, not since I was a child did I see these. Thank you.
