What I would like to know is what county in Ohio was William D Conner/Connor and Angeline Kiger born in? I thought maybe someone out in Ohio would have access to that info. His father was Peter Conner who was born in Kentucky, and Peter was married to Elenor Penner who was also born in Kentucky.
