If you look at the census page though the S in Rosk looks more like a C. It would be interesting to find out how the name Evans is involved. One of your mother's siblings may have married an Evans at some point but there are too many choices without a given name and whether Evans was male or female. As for the birth year being 1925, that may have been an error, intentional or not. You can't read Edna's obit online; you have to order it. The index says: ZIEGLER, EDNA M: Wife of Albert J- Obit Plain Dealer 03 Dec, 1998, pg. 9 sec. B. Apparently Albert was alive when Edna died.
