Portsmouth Times Portsmouth, Ohio August 22, 1908 M'KINNEY ASKS DIVORCE Domestic troubles of Joe Mc Kinney and his pretty wife Nancy McKinney have culminated in a divorce suit filed for McKinney by Attorney George A. Baterson Tuesday. Adultery is given as grounds of the suit. In his petition McKinney claims that his wife was guilty of unmarital conduct with Geo. Zornes, Henry Hodge and other men unknown to him since their recent separation. He asks for divorce and custody of their three year old daughter Roby Pearl McKinney. The couple were married in May 1904, and he wife's maiden name was Morgan. McKinney is an electrical worker employed at the Selby factory. His wife is now working as a chambermaid in a local hotel.
