I just found this site and it’s great! And FREE!!! I was looking for 1801-1808 probate records, so I don’t know the newer stuff. There is an index – just type in 1 for the volume and 0 for the page and the old school indexes will pop up. This I do know – the index isn’t complete My search was for Jeremiah Lehew and Fielding Lehew They told me to go to Estates and go through the index – so I do and it has Fielding, 1808, but not Jeremiah. So I save that page – then go to Probate, and put in Vol. 1 and page 160 (was on the index) And it popped up Well, I was doing this for a fellow researcher and he had given me the page numbers (I’m guessing he got them from a book) So I stay in Probate and do Vol 1, and page 65 & 69 – and sure enough Jeremiah is there! Not huge entries to be sure but an entry ;-) That’s my latest, lol Happy hunting!
