Hi Mel - Thank you. I was hoping to learn more about your Gray line. I think I have nailed mine down in Botetourt and Greenbrier Counties, VA - at least that seems the most likely to extend my family here in Ohio back to Virginia. He is George Gray who m. 1778 to Mary Davis or Davies, dau of Joseph Davis/Davies. Lived in Greenbrier for many years, don't know where he died, but she may have left an estate in Montgomery Co., VA. I have my John Gray 1785-1855 b. VA, m. Sep 1816 Monroe Co., migrated with the James Thompson family to the Cincinnati area and then on to Clark Co., OH before settling in Union Co., OH. Anything familiar?
