Her siblings were: Frederick Charles Miller, born Liverpool 1 Jan 1892; Olga Theresa Miller, born 11 Jan 1894 in Liverpool, died 22 Nov 1965 in New Jersey; Margaret Ellen Miller, born 6 April 1906 in Liverpool, died 19 April 1972 in Liverpool; and Thomas Henry Miller, born 1899 in Liverpool. Dorothy sailed to New York from Liverpool on SS Carmania, arriving 5 September 1912. On the manifest she said she was going to Cleveland, but she moved on to Los Angeles. Family lore says:she married soon after arrival but didn't stay with her husband very long; she hated children; and she didn't have any. I don't know who she married; I don't know whether she divorced him; and, if she did, I don't know whether she kept his name -- but I'd still like to find her marriage and death dates. I know she was still alive in 1970, and living in Los Angeles. Sounds hopeless and it probably is -- but has anyone heard of this woman?
