Aaron, Everything I can access leads me to "newspapers" that requires a subscription. But I was able to get a partial image for your 1836 date that shows Court of Common Pleas, (Eliz)abeth A. Darling vs. (Jose?)ph Darling, Sr. and (???) Darling et al.. Sorry, I couldn't be of more help.
