That cemetery is not in Huron County. When you send your request to another county, might I make a suggestion - only send two or three names at a time. When you receive those back, send two or three more. Most volunteers are on a pretty busy schedule, and when there are many names, it is hard to fit them in between fixing supper and setting the table.
