Good Morning, Just wanted to tell you all that the Wakeman Library has just posted a newspaper called "Birmingham Clarion". I don't think the paper itself is old (perhaps published in the early 1980's), but the articles are all about the area and it's history. I have scanned the pictures that were with the articles also. You can find this and other links from the Wakeman, Ohio web site. The Clarksfield History is currently being typed, and as soon as I find some time, I'll be scanning and posting the pictures and articles from an old book called "Birmingham of Yesterday". The book is very similar to the "Reflections of Wakeman" book which is currently online from this page also. I'll do it as soon as possible. When Lowell is done typing the Clarksfield book, he will start the History of Camden by Weeks. We should have a very complete history of the area online then. http://www.wakeman-ohio.com Enjoy!
