I asked someone else for a look up on the family of DAVID T. MAYNARD in Ripley Twp I received the information on David T. only. Is the information in a form where the entire household is together or must you have the names of all the individuals . I have most of the info on this family, but I have a couple of loose ends. David T. married Lorinda Dickson in 1865 and they had a child in 1868. In the 1860 census Lorinda was married to Samuel Dickson and had a 2 month old unnamed daughter. In the estate of Lorinda probated in 1893 it is stated she is survived by 3 daughters, Linda, Lioue?? and Diana Maude. Diana is the daughter of David and died in the Norwalk Infirmary in 1924. What I would like to find out is the two other daughters of Lorinda. Her first husband died in 1864 so I am assuming one of the daughters was the 2/12 year old of the 1860 census and the other was born in the early 1860's. How should I pursue this? Best regards, David C. Maynard 171 Forest Ave., Apt. 106 Franklin >> Hi David, >From references I found in our Huron County, Ohio publications to a David T. MAYNARD and family, I've come up with a possible scenario that might fit the information you give, provided your Samuel DICKSON is the same as a Stephen T. DICKSON I found. I may have forced some of the pieces of this jigsaw puzzle to fit, but here's the scenario: David T. MAYNARD (1808-1884) m. Elizabeth WHITING (1813-1863), date of marriage unknown, but presumably prior to 1844. They had at least two children: Alanson W. and Lois Jane. Lorinda MAYNARD PALMER (ca 1828-1893) m. Stephen T. DICKSON (ca1816-186(4)), date of marriage 25 Oct 1847. They had at least one son: Leander W. David T. MAYNARD m. Mrs. Lorenda M. DIXON 5 Aug 1865. They had a number of children.
