Anne, There is no, to my knowlege, a searchable death index; however, if you go to the Huron County Web site(http://www.rootsweb.com/~ohhuron/) and scroll down to and click on Look-ups, at the bottom of the look-ups page you will find an individual who will look in their copy of the chapter's publication: Huron Co. Death Index-1867-1908. If you limit yourself to two or three names at a time, you will probably get a faster response.
