Our Huron County, Ohio Marriages, 1815-1900, by Scheuer Publications, 1992, show: John A.V. KOHLMEYER m. Diana MEYER 22 Jun 1882. Mrs. Dina KOHLMEYER m. Casper SICKINGER 9 Jun 1896. If we accept that Dina is an alternate spelling for Diana (or vice versa), it would seem that your Mary MEYER could be related to this Diana MEYER, later to be known as "Dina KOHLMEYER SICKINGER." Unfortunately, I was unable to verify a birth year for this Mary MEYER. In addition to the above marriages, I found a marriage of a John A. KOLLMEYER in Cuyahoga (County), Ohio from our online IGI link: John A. KOLLMEYER m. Cecilia N. CATON 30 Aug 1853, Cuyahoga, OH. KOHLMYER who died the same date as John KOHLMYER. If this John KOHLMYER is the same person as the John A.V.
