I don't know what to think about Sarah Jane Owen. Never heard of her, but it's intriguing that her husband's name was James HOPKINS. I wonder if William had a brother named James that had moved to Huron Co as well. His eldest son was named James, who also had a son named James and I think there may have been another generation of a James HOPKINS, too. In any case, I think I'm interested enough to inconvenience you to send as many details of Sarah Jane that you have. Thanks! She doesn't seem to follow the family to Ottawa Co., OH, where some of them are living in 1860. I've never been able to determine what happened to her. Her husband's name was William HOPKINS. Her maiden name was STANDLEY.
