    3. For all the researchers in our Huron County query system-- I've been noticing more and more researchers with more than one email address. I know there are some that have different addresses for different things, but I suspect we have a lot out there that have old ones they no longer use. The query program does not automatically update the email addresses, but it does look for duplicate names. I don't make changes unless I get a notice to do so from the researcher. I have no way of knowing the intent. You may be missing out on some good info if others can't reach you. If you know, or suspect, that you may have an outdated address on a query, let me know (separate email to me, not the mail list) and I will update your records. Also, for all those kind souls who respond to a query on the mail list (lookups, etc), be sure you include, with your response, the researcher's name and email; you don't want people responding back to you instead of the researcher. I need the researcher info in order to get it to the Query Page. Look at some of Nancy's and Ken's lookup responses on the mail list, for examples. With Ken out of pocket for awhile, I know a lot of you will jump in to help. If you have any questions, or need help, send an email directly to me instead of the list. Thanks for all you do, Crystal Barth (crystal1@flash.net) Huron County Query Editor
