Hi Ken: Thanks for the look up you did. I have records of everything except the death record of PATRICK RYAN. How do I go about getting a copy of death record? I know EDWARD RYAN father was PATRICK RYAN, but I am not sure if he came to this country. Maybe if I had a copy of the death record it would tell me if he is the father of EDWARD RYAN. I am also trying to find out where ANNA WALTERS & EDWARD RYAN were born in Ireland. Thanks again: Bill Paret e-mail:wmparet@aol.com

I'm not sure you will find the information you are looking for on the death record for Patrick RYAN. Most death records from that time didn't include the parents' names, unless it was a child that died. If you would like a copy of the record, send $1.00 along with a self addressed stamped envelope to my attention at the: Norwalk Public Library 46 W Main St Norwalk OH 44857 Debbie Orth Library Assistant II
Hi Deborah, I saw your message about the Ryans, and noticed your from the Norwalk Library. I have been trying to find a missing brother to my Gr.Grandfather, a John A.SINGER. He lived in New London as late as 1890 with family, wife Mary A. Miller Singer, but he disappears after this time. In 1900 his wife and children are still living there, from newspaper accounts, and it's my thoughts he must of died, yet I haven't been able to find any kind of death notice. Would you be able to check this out for me? He was born about 1834 in PA, but his parents John and Catherine Singer came to Orange Twp. Ashland, Co.,about 1836 where they resided until their deaths in 1880. His wife is buried in Ruggles Twp. Cemetery, with one of her sons, and wife, and grandson & wife. This makes me think he must of died quite some time before, but where. I haven't been able to see a 1900 census for him, but I just have a idea he won't show up. Thank you so much, Myrna Singer Casey mybill@msn.com
