W.C. BURNETT transacted business in Akron Tuesday. Mrs. REIBER is having her house on the HULBERT farm on the county line painted. Mrs. ALVERDA SNYDER of McKendree was the guest of her parents last Wednesday. Mrs. T.B. BLACK and Mrs. J.H. GLEASON were reported among our sick this week. HELEN SIMMONS, a trained nurse of Bowling Green, was a recent guest of her parents. CLAUDE DELLARVER of Wisconsin, is the guest of his uncle, L.B. TRUXELL for a few days. JAY McCULLOUGH and brother GILBERT were visitors of an uncle in Centerton a week ago Sunday. HENRY LUTEMAN and son and L.B. TRUXELL and son FORD, attended Decoration day services in Chicago Jct. W.C. GLEASON, our genial B.&O. agent at Boughtonville, took possession of a new Ford auto last Monday. FRANK P. BOARDMAN and wife were guests of relatives in Cleveland recently, she remaining for treatment in the hospital. The little son of W.E. DUFFER, while playing with a cart last Sunday, was thrown into a ditch, breaking his collar bone. CARRIE SILLIMAN, FRANCES WAKEMAN and Mrs. ANNA CRUM were among the guests at the decoration day services in Shiloh. GLENN MAYNARD of the Farmers' Banking Co. of Greenwich, and his wife, were entertained in Delphi, Sunday and Monday a week ago. Capt. A. NOECKER of Plymouth, and Mrs. FLORA WARD of Mansfield, passed through Delphi to Edwards Grove Cemetery last Monday morning to decorate graves. BELLE RUSSELL BAILEY of Buffalo, N.Y., with her son and wife, Mrs. ANNA KELLEY, and M. HOWARD and family, of Shiloh, were recent Sunday guests of MELVIN HOWARD and wife. One of the most beautiful designed folders with class roll and commencement announcements of Plymouth was received by the writer as the compliments of W.S. UNDERWOOD of Ripley, a member of the class. Ripley had two graduates of first grade high schools this year, WAYNE UNDERWOOD at Plymouth, and CHAS.
