Hi, I am viewing my mail and answering as I go. So to continue, yes the Wechter in Norwalk are related to the Crawford families. Joseph died in Toledo on a buying trip. He blew out the gas light fixture in his hotel room not realizing that the gas would kill him. He had never seen a gas light fixture before and this was before they but the sulfur smell into the gas to warn people of leakages. He was originally buried in New Washington then moved to Norwalk when the family came back to this area to live.
