PHAY, Sherman Township, page 22, section 2, lot 13, 100 acres. Eben PHAY, Lyme Township, page 1, section 1, lot 9, 27.5 acres. Elon (or Ebon?) PHAY, Lyme Township, page 1, section 1, lot 7, 80 acres.
