There is considerable petty thieving being done here at present. Mr. and Mrs. F.H. LONG had a family reunion at their home Sunday. Mrs. FRANK CLINE of Newark, is spending a few days with her aunt, Mrs. J.S. LEWIS. Mrs. ELIZA MYERS of Norwalk, is visiting at the home of her brother, WILSON TUTTLE. Mrs. LULU CLINE and little daughter, of Newark, spent Sunday at the home of her son, FRANK CLINE. Mrs. and Mrs. LEVI KURTZ of Hiawatha, Kans., were called here Saturday to attend the funeral of their brother-in-law, FRANK CHAPMAN. Mrs. W.A. GARRETT and her aunt, Mrs. HATTIE HANNA, spent Tuesday afternoon with her cousins, Mrs. FULPER and Mrs. DRAKE, at their home in Chicago Junction. C.T. JENNEY of Olivesburg, B.W. WINTERS of Castalia, O.L. SNYDER of Chicago Junction, were the guests Sunday of O.E. BEVIER, called here to attend Mr. CHAPMAN's funeral. Mrs. JAMES HANNA, of Hiawatha, Kans., who was called here by the sickness and death of her sister-in-law, Mrs. E.C. HELLER, left Wednesday morning for her home. Mrs. HULDAH CHAPMAN, of North Fairfield, was the over Sunday guest of her nieces, Mrs. MARY BLANCHARD and sister, Mrs. CHAPMAN coming to attend the funeral of FRANK M. CHAPMAN. Mrs. ALICE SIMONS of Fredericktown, spent several days last week at the home of her cousin, C.H. KNIGHT.
