My great-grandparents Emmett P. Hickey and Mary Bump nee Coleman we married in Fairfield Township , Huron Co. Nov. 21,1882. Can anyone tell me if they would have had to fill in a application form prior to marriage. I am trying to locate a middle name of Emmett and not having much luck. My grandfather Wesley C Hickey was also born in New London Sept 14, 1884 . Any help would be appreciated. Gail

Bump View Image OnlineT Image: 2744 State Filed: Ohio Widow: Mary A. Hickey Relative: Emmett P. Hickey, Gdn When viewing the image it appears that Mary was a widow and Emmett was her guardian.
