Jackie, I checked the current city directory for Norwalk and there is indeed a 13 Jackson St in Norwalk. Jackson Street is a short street that runs parallel to West Main Street. It goes east off from South West Street. I'll check our other records for anything else about your great grandparents and get back with you.
