H.C. ROSS, wife and son, of Shelby, were visitors in Ripley last Sunday. KENNETH GRUVER of Akron, visited Mr. & Mrs. HENRY LUTEMAN over Sunday. Mrs. M.M. WOLCOTT has the pleasure of entertaining her uncle, GEO. REEVES of Kansas. Mrs. BRUCE SNYDER and children of Tiro were guests of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. G.A. HASSINGER, last week. W.E. DUFFY called on the writer last Monday and when he went away he owned one of our best Jersey cows. VICTOR ROSS has a power sheep-shearing machine and is doing the work in good order and his prices are reasonable. Word from L.D. CRUM says that he is better and expects to soon be out. U.W. RANK and wife were among his last week's visitors. Mrs. W.W. HOWARD of Plymouth was the guest of her sister, Mrs. H.W. BARKER and Mrs. JEROME SNYDER, and also her former schoolmates, last week. MABEL GLEASON, CORINNE GLEASON, TERRESSE McMULLEN, and EDNA BURNETTE went fishing last Monday.
