Hello List, I'm researching the Sample/Tompkins family from Huron Co. OH. I find Nathaniel Tompkins married to #2 wife Betsey Sample Huron Co. OH living in the Hartland Twp. and Ruggle Twp. I understand that Ruggle Twp. become part of Ashland Co. OH in 1846. They had one child that I know of Enoch Tompkins. Any connection to anyone ? Mrs. L.
